What makes Rosita Cod Liver Oil the best Cod Liver Oil?

Rosita handcrafts this raw cod liver oil in small batches using a rare, ancient extraction process. Cod from the clear, pristine waters off the Norway coast are line caught by the Rosita team to ensure freshness, quality, and sustainability. The fish are never frozen, but instead carefully cleaned while on the boat and the livers are gently handled. The fresh cod livers are then inspected by hand, and only livers that are plump and without bruises or discoloration are used. Next, the oils are naturally extracted using a heat-free, chemical-free process in accordance with Ancient Norse tradition in an oxygen-free, low-light area of Rosita’s zero-emissions production facility. The cod liver oil is lightly filtered, and small amounts of natural vitamin E and rosemary are added to keep the oil fresh before bottling in amber glass. The result?
