If you do not see a free shipping option, this is likely because your order is under $100 AND includes items that weigh over one pound (like the Berkey Water Filter Systems). In this event, you'll incur an additional shipping charge and will not receive free shipping. You'll have to make your order over $100 to receive free shipping on any orders that qualify.

Shipment processing time

We strive to ship orders the same day, however, we are a small business and during high volume order days, it is possible there might be a day delay in processing.

Packed orders are picked up from our office daily at 3:30PM by USPS on Monday - Friday.

Any international orders should expect 2-5 days of processing based on the complexity of the order.

We process your orders directly from our in-house apothecary, and there are times where certain products are out of stock. Processing time may vary 1-2 days if multiple items in your order are out of stock. Please check your invoice upon arrival if you are missing a product for updated information.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight.

For local order pickups, you will receive an email notification or call once we have your order ready for pickup.

For international orders, arrival time and cost varies based on many factors such as customs, harmonization codes, and product availability.

In purchasing orders that are shipping out of the United States, international customers automatically agree to accept full responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged items being shipped internationally. Options Naturopathic Clinic will NOT refund you for any of the above circumstances or for any shipping fees paid for these items. If any customs fees are required, it is fully liable to the customer to pay any additional fees.



We are only in control of handling your order safely to the mail carrier. Options Naturopathic Clinic is not liable for any products damaged, stolen or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged OR your package is lost, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.



All sales through Options Naturopathic Clinic are final. No returns or exchanges on any products.
