FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $50*
If you do not see a free shipping option, this is likely because your order is under $100 AND includes items that weigh over one pound (like the Berkey Water Filter Systems). In this event, you'll incur an additional shipping charge and will not receive free shipping. You'll have to make your order over $100 to receive free shipping on any orders that qualify.

SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment processing time
We strive to ship orders the same day, however, we are a small business and during high volume order days, it is possible there might be a one-day delay in processing.
Packed orders are picked up from our office daily at 3:30PM by USPS on Monday - Friday.
Any international orders should expect 2-5 days of processing based on the complexity of the order.
We process orders directly from our in-house apothecary, and there are times where certain products are out of stock. Processing time may vary 1-2 days if multiple items in your order are out of stock. Please check your invoice and packing slip upon arrival if you are missing a product for updated information.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for each order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight.
For local order pickups, you will receive an email notification or call once we have your order ready for pickup.
For international orders, arrival time and cost varies based on many factors such as customs, harmonization codes, and product availability.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
In purchasing orders that are shipping out of the United States, international customers automatically agree to accept full responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged items being shipped internationally. Options Naturopathic Clinic will NOT refund you for any of the above circumstances or for any shipping fees paid for these items. If any customs fees are required, it is fully liable to the customer to pay any additional fees.

ORDER ISSUES, DAMAGED, OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We ask that all orders be inspected upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or inconsistent with the product description, please contact us promptly and provide clear photo documentation of the issue before requesting a refund or replacement.
Photo documentation is required so we can verify the condition of the item at the time of delivery and determine whether the issue occurred during fulfillment or shipping. Without this documentation, we are unable to confirm the origin of the issue, and refund or replacement requests may not be approved.
This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

Requests submitted without adequate documentation, or after a product has been used or altered, may not be eligible for a refund or replacement. We reserve the right to evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our policies.

REFUNDS/RETURNS POLICY
All sales through Options Naturopathic Clinic are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.
However, if an order arrives damaged during transit, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund for the affected item. To be eligible for review, customers must contact us promptly and provide clear photo documentation demonstrating the damage upon delivery.
Without adequate documentation, we are unable to verify whether damage occurred during shipping, and requests for refunds or replacements may not be approved. Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for replacement or refund.
All refund or replacement requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our policies.
