SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
We strive to ship orders the same day, however, we are a small business and during high volume order days, it is possible there might be a day delay in processing.
All orders are picked up from our office daily by USPS on Monday - Friday. To ensure your order ships the same day, please order by 3:30 PM EST. All orders placed after 3:30 PM EST will get picked up by USPS the next day.
Any international orders should expect 2-5 days of processing based on the complexity of the order.
We process your orders directly from our in-house apothecary, and there are times where certain products are out of stock. DAMAGES, LOST ORDERS, STOLEN ORDERS
We are only in control of handling your order safely to the mail carrier. Options Naturopathic Clinic is not liable for any products damaged, stolen or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged OR your package is lost, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
In purchasing orders that are shipping out of the United States, international customers automatically agree to accept full responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged items being shipped internationally. Options Naturopathic Clinic will NOT refund you for any of the above circumstances or for any shipping fees paid for these items. If any customs fees are required, it is fully liable to the customer to pay any additional fees.
